At Adiantes, sustainability is more than a goal; it’s the core of our business. As a leading producer of fashion, textile, and leather goods in Thailand, we are proud to announce the submission of our 2025 Communication on Progress (CoP) to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). This milestone reaffirms our commitment to ethical manufacturing, human rights, labor standards, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption.

Alongside our CoP, Adiantes has also submitted its 2025 Moving Forward Faster report, which focuses on two critical pillars of our social impact strategy: gender equality and the living wage. These areas are central to our mission of creating a more equitable and sustainable supply chain, both within Thailand and globally.

Gender equality at Adiantes goes beyond workforce representation. Over 70% of our team are women, many of whom are the main income earners in their families. We ensure women are given equal pay, equal opportunity for career growth, and access to leadership training. Our inclusive policies support long-term career development while fostering a work environment that values balance, respect, and empowerment at all levels.

Our commitment to a living wage means that all workers at Adiantes earn above the legal minimum, enough to support a dignified and stable life. We’ve established transparent wage systems and regularly assess our compensation structure based on local cost-of-living data. This effort strengthens the financial resilience of our workforce and promotes long-term well-being across our operations.

By aligning our practices with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, Adiantes is building a model for responsible leather and textile manufacturing. We continue to lead by example in the Thai leather goods industry, encouraging other producers to go beyond compliance and prioritize the rights and livelihoods of their employees.

Our participation in the UNGC is not only a reflection of our values but also a roadmap for how we plan to grow, with purpose, transparency, and integrity. Our latest reporting reaffirms that ethical sourcing, gender-inclusive policies, and economic stability are not only possible but essential in the future of sustainable fashion.
