At Adiantes, sustainability is more than a goal; it’s the core of our business. As a leading producer of fashion, textile, and leather goods in Thailand, we are proud to announce the submission of our 2026 Communication on Progress (CoP) to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). This milestone reaffirms our ongoing commitment to ethical manufacturing, human rights, labor standards, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption.

Alongside our CoP, Adiantes has officially published its digital 2026 Sustainability Report and continues its active participation in the UNGC Forward Faster initiative. Our social impact strategy remains firmly anchored in two critical pillars: gender equality and the living wage. These areas are central to our mission of creating a more equitable, transparent, and sustainable supply chain, both within Thailand and globally.

Gender equality at Adiantes goes far beyond workforce representation. Today, 75% of our production team are women, many of whom serve as the primary income earners for their families. We ensure women are given equal pay, equal opportunity for career growth, and direct access to leadership training. Our inclusive policies support long-term career development while fostering a supportive work environment that values balance, respect, and empowerment at all levels.

Our commitment to a living wage means that 100% of the workforce at Adiantes earns well above the legal national minimum. We maintain transparent wage systems and regularly evaluate our compensation structures against real local cost-of-living data to ensure our employees can support a dignified, stable life and plan for the future with confidence. This investment in our people has built deep workforce resilience and loyalty, resulting in an incredible 64% employee retention rate of over 10 years, a milestone rare in the manufacturing sector.

By aligning our practices with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, Adiantes is building the definitive model for responsible leather and textile manufacturing. We continue to lead by example in the Thai leather goods industry, encouraging other producers to look beyond basic compliance and genuinely prioritize the long-term rights and livelihoods of their employees.

Our participation in the UNGC provides a clear roadmap for how we plan to grow—with purpose, transparency, and integrity. Our 2026 reporting reinforces that ethical sourcing, gender-inclusive policies, and economic stability are not only possible but absolutely essential to the future of sustainable fashion.
